Introduction to Business Models
Welcome to this online training focusing on Business Models and Business Architecture – a collaboration between Edlegio and Cordial.
The main objective of the program is to give you a deeper knowledge about the concept of the business model as well as the business architecture framework. You will learn how to work with the business model as a conceptual tool, its building blocks and dimensions and how it all fit together and interact.
This online training will also give you a structure and a common language around business architecture, business models and business strategy that will help you develop and grow successful businesses.
Each lesson is designed to follow a pedagogical structure that is well structured and easy to understand.
