Business Model Innovation and Design
Today’s consumers and customers are increasingly demanding and knowledgeable. Meanwhile, companies face increased and disruptive competition – often fuelled by digitalization. To stay alive and ahead in this climate, it is vital to have a business model and a value proposition, which truly is customer centric. One key to this is to work with business model innovation – and repeatedly challenge your existing business models –with a customer centric approach in mind.
The objective of this Business Model Innovation and Design online course is to provide you with the necessary tools to innovate your business from a business model perspective. The training program consists of 9 separate sessions including video material, quizzes, recommended reading and it takes about 8-12 hours to complete the complete training program.
Take time everyday to think about the worst scenario where your business is made irrelevant. And then do just that, yourself.
