Welcome to the online course Enterprise Architecture!
This online course is a collaboration between Edlegio and Cordial.
The training in Enterprise Architecture will help you transform the challenges and requirements of your business into flexible and sustainable structures that become a platform for all business development. The EA framework is well proven and has been used in a large number of projects and includes all necessary dimensions for driving a successful business development project.
During the training the teachers will guide you through a number of topics, which combined provide a good understanding of the framework. The course starts of by explaining EA in a business context and how it relates to strategy and business models through the strategic business requirements. It continues with lectures on all parts of the framework and how to use them together in order to create models of the as-is situation as well as a future to-be situation. The course also includes a lecture on how an ideal architecture can be created and used when creating the solutions architecture as well as how to plan an architecture driven initiative including resource and role planning.
Instructors of the course
Lars Mårtensson, one of the main instructors in this training, holds a Master of Science in Information Systems with focus on strategy formulation and execution. Lars has worked as a consultant since 1996 and is a Director at Cordial and Head of Business Design at Cordial. Lars has extensive experience in Business and Enterprise Architecture within several industries. Lars is a experienced program and project manager.
Henrik Engström, one of the main instructors in this training, holds a Master of Science in Information Systems with a focus on enterprise analysis and has been working as with business development for 16 years in a number of industries. Henrik is a specialized manager at Cordial and has extensive experience in process and information driven business development.
Johan Reunanen holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and has been working as a management consultant since 2008 and at Cordial since 2009 where he has the role of senior manager. Johan is responsible for the lecture Strategic Business Requirements included in this course.
Jenny Sjövall holds a Master of Science in System Science and Informatics and has been working at Cordial since 2009. Jenny has experience from a number of industries and is a today manager at Cordial. In this course, Jenny is one of the teachers in the lecture on organizational design.
Andreas Glansborg, holds a Master of Science in International Business and Economics with focus on finance and management. Andreas has worked at Cordial since 2008 and has extensive experience from a number of industries in Sweden as well as Europe. In this course, Andreas is one of the teachers in the lecture on organization design.
